一、   「AEET台灣教育公平促進會」是一個致力於推動教育公平、文化交流與國際合作的非營利組織。我們的工作涵蓋教育政策倡議、多元文化活動、以及永續發展專案等，旨在提升社會對教育公平與社會正義的關注。為了培養更多具有使命感及創新思維的年輕人才，協會現公開招募實習生，邀請對教育公平、文化交流與社會創新有興趣的大專院校學生加入我們的團隊。

二、   實習生職缺資訊：

           招募對象：對教育公平、文化交流或永續發展有熱忱的在學大專院校學生

          實習時間：6個月 (一周約9-12小時，依負責專案而定)

          實習地點：以線上工作為主，若有實體活動需到台北市AEET台灣教育公平促進會辦公室。

三、 主要職責：

  • 協助AEET活動籌備及執行（如論壇、講座、藝術展覽等）

  • 協助「AEET世界公民咖啡館」的規劃與執行

  • 進行教育公平及永續發展相關議題的研究與資料收集

  • 協助撰寫計劃書、報告及宣傳文案

  • 支援社群媒體平台內容管理與宣傳

四、我們提供的學習機會：

  1. 實際參與專案管理：直接參與AEET的各項活動，學習如何進行專案規劃與執行，培養實務工作能力。

  2. 跨文化交流經驗：參與協會的國際合作與文化交流活動，增進對全球教育公平議題的理解。

  3. 專業能力培養：通過實習提升寫作、溝通、數據分析及專案管理等專業技能。

  4. 提升社會影響力：參與推動教育公平和社會變革的專案，將理論知識轉化為具體行動，發揮自身影響力。

  3. 線上面試通知：經初步篩選後，我們將以Email方式通知符合條件的應徵者安排線上面試

  1. The AEET (Association for Educational Equity in Taiwan) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting educational equity, cultural exchange, and international cooperation. Our work encompasses advocacy for educational policies, multicultural activities, and sustainable development projects, aiming to raise public awareness of educational fairness and social justice. To cultivate more mission-driven and innovative young talents, we are now recruiting interns and invite university students who are interested in educational equity, cultural exchange, and social innovation to join our team.

  2. Internship Details:

    • Target applicants: University students passionate about educational equity, cultural exchange, or sustainable development
    • Internship duration: 6 months (approximately 9-12 hours per week, depending on the assigned project)
    • Location: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person activities at the AEET office in Taipei for physical events

  3. Primary Responsibilities:

    • Assist in planning and executing AEET activities (e.g., forums, lectures, art exhibitions)
    • Support the planning and execution of the "AEET World Citizens Café"
    • Conduct research and collect data on topics related to educational equity and sustainable development
    • Assist in drafting proposals, reports, and promotional content
    • Help manage and promote content on social media platforms

  4. Learning Opportunities We Offer:

    • Hands-on project management: Participate directly in various AEET activities, learning how to plan and execute projects, and develop practical skills.
    • Cross-cultural exchange experience: Engage in AEET's international cooperation and cultural exchange activities, gaining a deeper understanding of global educational equity issues.
    • Professional skills development: Improve your writing, communication, data analysis, and project management skills through hands-on experience.
    • Increase social impact: Get involved in projects that promote educational equity and social change, turning theoretical knowledge into concrete actions to make a positive impact on society.

  5. Application Process:

    • Application period: From now until December 31st

    • Online interview notification: After an initial screening, qualified applicants will be notified via email to schedule an online interview
