課程以「全球視野 × 國際實務」為核心，邀請外交官、駐臺使節、國際組織專家及學者，透過講座、工作坊、情境模擬與專案實作，帶領青年從理解國際局勢，到提出屬於自己的城市外交行動方案。

從臺灣外交、城市外交到全球治理、人權、永續發展，建立完整的國際觀。
🤝 與第一線外交人員面對面交流
邀請駐臺使節、外交官、國際組織專家及學者分享第一線實務經驗。
🎲 沉浸式工作坊體驗
透過國際模擬桌遊、外交禮儀、跨文化溝通、國際談判及政策分析等課程，培養實戰能力。
💡 從學習到行動
在專業導師陪伴下完成城市外交提案，並於成果發表會公開展示，將想法化為具體行動。

包含外交部前駐外大使、駐臺使節、外交學者及國際 NGO 專家，共同陪伴青年探索國際事務。

🎓 2026 Diplomacy Leadership Academy is now open for applications!
Diplomacy is not only about relations between countries—it is also closely connected to cities, youth, and our everyday lives.
Centered on “Global Perspectives × International Practice,” the program invites diplomats, representatives from foreign missions in Taiwan, international organization professionals, and scholars to guide young people through lectures, workshops, simulations, and project-based learning. Participants will gain insights into global affairs and develop their own ideas for city diplomacy initiatives.

From Taiwan’s diplomacy and city diplomacy to global governance, human rights, and sustainable development, build a comprehensive understanding of international affairs.
🤝 Connect with Diplomats & International Experts
Engage directly with diplomats, representatives from foreign missions in Taiwan, international organization professionals, and scholars to learn from real-world experiences.
🎲 Immersive Workshop Experiences
Develop practical skills through international simulation games, diplomatic etiquette training, cross-cultural communication, international negotiation, and policy analysis workshops.
💡 Turn Learning into Action
With guidance from professional mentors, participants will develop city diplomacy proposals and showcase their ideas at the final presentation.
👨‍🏫 Learn from Distinguished Speakers
Featuring former ambassadors, representatives from foreign missions in Taiwan, diplomacy scholars, and international NGO experts, who will accompany young participants in exploring global affairs.

👥 Eligibility｜Domestic and international students and professionals aged 45 or below, who are currently registered, studying, or working in Taipei City, and are third-year university students or above.
